Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. pkbat will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately through the platform's support channel.
pkbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software, or providing false identity information during registration.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkbat ("pkbat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pkbat.net. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by pkbat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
pkbat is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operating under the terms of its applicable gaming licence. The platform is designed and operated with Pakistani players as the primary intended user base, and all services are offered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in English and apply to all players regardless of their city or province within Pakistan or elsewhere.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the pkbat platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. pkbat conducts age verification as part of its KYC process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the player relationship. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
By registering, you confirm that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the pkbat platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkbat does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where the platform's services are explicitly prohibited.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pkbat platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is detected for the same player — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprints, payment methods, or IP address patterns — pkbat reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and void any winnings generated across those accounts.
To create a pkbat account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional details requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkbat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pkbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkbat reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate registration information is detected, and to void any winnings associated with that account.
pkbat is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its obligations under its gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be triggered at other points during the player lifecycle at pkbat's discretion.
pkbat may request any combination of the following documents to complete KYC verification:
pkbat aims to complete KYC verification within 48 to 72 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is completed. pkbat is not liable for delays caused by incomplete, unclear, or fraudulent documentation submitted by the player.
pkbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Cash OTC at designated locations. pkbat reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the pkbat account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player account status. pkbat reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its sole discretion.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within the timelines published in the pkbat cashier section. pkbat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or incomplete KYC documentation. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in the player's own name as registered on their pkbat account.
All transactions on the pkbat platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkbat does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs outside the pkbat platform is solely the responsibility of the player and their financial institution.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by pkbat are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated in each promotion's terms.
pkbat reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, in cases where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional loopholes, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other conduct determined by pkbat to constitute exploitation of its promotional offers.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the expiry period specified in the individual promotion terms will be automatically removed from the player's account balance without notice. Real-money funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
All bets placed on the pkbat platform are subject to pkbat's betting rules as published for each sport or game type. pkbat reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where a live feed delay has occurred.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, pkbat reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance. pkbat is not liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from such errors. The principle of "if in doubt, void" applies to all disputed bet settlements.
Maximum single-bet and parlay payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant betting markets on the pkbat platform. Winning bets that exceed the stated maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount regardless of the calculated return.
Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit insider knowledge, or place bets on events in which match-fixing is suspected will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to the relevant sporting and regulatory authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkbat platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkbat platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the pkbat platform without the express prior written consent of pkbat. Any unauthorised use of pkbat's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkbat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkbat platform, including but not limited to:
pkbat's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkbat's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by pkbat's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
pkbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pkbat will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the pkbat platform.
Your continued use of the pkbat platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting pkbat customer support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkbat's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact pkbat customer support to seek an informal resolution. pkbat aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.
